via UPS or US Priority Mail, depending on the size of the item and
the location it is being shipped to. On some occasions, we may use
FedEx to ship oversized items. If you need overnight shipping, you

How much do you charge for shipping? |
| All online orders are
shipped at Base Rate of $15.00. If you require
overnight shipment, you must call us at 1-780-872-5661. There will
be additional charges to your order for overnight shipments. |

How long will it take to receive my order? |
| The length of time it takes to get to
you depends on the item and where it is being shipped. Usually
shipping takes from five to seven business days in the United States.
Framing may take a couple of extra days. |

What is your return policy? |
| All items purchased from Players
Autographs may be returned within
5 days from the
date of your order for a full refund excluding shipping charges to
and from (except custom orders for framing and
cases with engraving).
All items must be returned in their original condition with all
original packaging and paperwork, including the Certificate of

for a return authorization number (RA#). Your RA# must be included
with your return to insure that you receive the proper refund. |
